Picnic - An ad marketplace that prioritizes user-friendly websites

In the age of made-for-advertising websites, it makes sense that ad tech vendors are seeking to stand out by focusing on content pages that put users first. One such company is Picnic, which uses Google’s Core Web Vitals algorithm to source media on websites that load fast, are visually stable and have a low ratio of ads to content. It also offers creative tools that help advertisers augment their assets. In this interview with Mike Shields, Founder and Chief Revenue Officer Matthew Goldhill talks about how the product indexes visual information about content pages and how customers use it.
